Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed correctly.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and securely seal the box with the prepaid return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
