What is OOfoam™ technology and how does it help?
OOfoam™ is our proprietary technology that absorbs 37% more impact than traditional footwear foam. It reduces stress on sore feet, knees, and your lower back, making it the perfect recovery tool after a workout or a long day on your feet.
How do I find the right size in OOFOS?
Most of our footwear is available in whole sizes only. If you are a half size, we generally recommend sizing down for women and sizing up for men to ensure the best fit and proper arch support.
Can I wash my OOFOS shoes?
Yes! OOFOS are moisture and bacteria resistant. You can easily clean them by hand using mild soap and water, or you can put them in the washing machine on a cold cycle. Always air dry them in the shade; do not put them in the dryer.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided they were purchased directly from our website.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the continental United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Do OOFOS come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers issues like strap breakage or sole delamination that occur during normal wear. It does not cover normal wear and tear or heat exposure damage.
